Paid CDL training programs are truck driving jobs with training.
You will attend a truck driving school that is owned and operated by the trucking company or attend an independently owned driving school. Companies that train drivers will sponsor a student’s by paying for the cost of the training. Depending on which option you choose, students get paid during the training or start getting paid after they have finished their training.
If the trainee selects the paid option then in return the student will be under contract to work for the trucking company for a specified amount of time, usually 2 years. Some of these paid CDL training programs can be free while others require you to pay back some or all the costs once your training is complete.
